This is a flowing practise that calms the mind and nervous system, stretching and toning the muscles, cleans toxins from the internal organs and improves circulation and breathing. I emphasize on correct alignment without breaking the flow of the class. Great for all levels from advanced to beginners! Expect to sweat with grace!

Yoga 1-2-1
Traditionally yoga was taught one on one. Individual instruction is integral in developing and deepening one's understanding of Yoga. A personalized Yoga practice can be designed from the assessment of your goals, needs and visions. I consider any injuries or illnesses that you may have and whether you are looking to build strength, increase flexibility, heal an injury, improve your health or develop your spirituality. Private lessons provide a setting in which these can be completely addressed.
